I was commissioned to design and develop a full bilingual website for CASS, S.A., a component manufacturing company of silicone-based products serving the United States and Central America.
This end-to-end project included:
Setting up hosting and installing WordPress
Selecting and customizing a professional theme and essential plugins
Writing, editing, and proofreading all English-language content
Collaborating with company leadership to finalize accurate Spanish translations
Sourcing and managing all imagery, including original photos and licensed stock from online platforms such as Pexels
The result was a clean, responsive, and user-friendly website that clearly communicates CASS’s services in both English and Spanish, helping the company strengthen its digital presence and outreach.

This was a multi-year project creating and populating two secure online knowledge bases for a software company. In this fully remote position I worked closely with the development team to compose and refresh myriad of technical articles, encompassing illustrated tutorials, strategic procedures, and secure digital forms, offering support to both the technical team and clients in the software platform applications. In this position I was researcher, writer, editor and proofreader.
Most of my work over the past few years has been with companies requiring NDAs, which precludes me including samples of that work. However, here are a few older articles I have edited and proofread.
